InForm Kinesiology is committed to providing quality products to you.
We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition**. The original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
For hygiene purposes, roller bottles, custom made products, soaps,beauty and well-being products are not able to be returned or exchanged.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with details about the product you wish to return. We will respond quickly regarding your matter.
*Products only and excludes services offered by InForm Kinesiology.

InForm Kinesiology respects that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. Please read below cancellation policies.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments.
Any cancellations that occur more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment can be rebooked at no additional cost to the client.
Any cancellations that occur within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment cannot be rebooked and will result in the loss of the 50% deposit payable on booking.
We do not issue refunds for cancellations.

Workshops & Events
We have a 7 day cancellation policy for all workshops.
Any cancellations that occur within 7 days of the scheduled workshop are non-refundable.
Any cancellations that occur more than 7 days from the scheduled workshop are refunded at 50% of the full cost.
All appointments, classes and workshops cancelled at the discretion of Inform Kinesiology will completely be refunded in full.
All cancellations and requests for refund must be made in writing, please make contact with InForm Kinesiology and email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The $150.00 deposit/administration fee is non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, a refund is given on balance of payment as follows:
More than 14 days cancellation notice, full refund less$150.00 deposit/administration fee.
7 – 14 days cancellation notice, 50% refund less $150.00 deposit/administration fee.
Less than 7 days cancellation notice, non-refundable.
Once a course has commenced, if you are unwell or unable to complete or attend any part of the course, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount. Should you wish to attend the next course date, you may be allowed to attend and required to pay a $137.50 repeater fee per day.
You will attend as an additional person, therefore you may be placed in a group of three for practical work.
The offer to repeat is for the next available course date of the enrolled course only.
All Kinesiology Courses cancelled at the discretion of InForm Kinesiology will completely be refunded in full or may be transferred to a future course date.
